The Sun Ancon Sun Harmony Chi Machine was developed by Dr. Shizuo Inoue. Dr. Inoue was the Chairman of Japan's Oxygen Health Association. He spent over 38 years developing and designing the passive aerobic exerciser. He wanted the exerciser to produce natural movements of the body through a figure 8 motion. He also wanted to provide maximum oxygenation benefits. Dr. Inoue believed that "The development of a body that makes use of oxygen efficiently, is the secret to living healthier and longer." Dr. Shizuo Inoue, wrote the book "Aerobic Respiration Exercise and Health". This book is on the Chi Machines Passive Aerobic Exercise Massager. How the Sun Ancon Machine Works

The Original Chi Machine oscillates from right to left, or left to right at approximately 144 times per minute. In just 15 minutes, the chi machine gives your body the equivalent oxygenation benefits of 1½ hours of walking. The figure-8 motion of the chi massagers is similar to the movement of a goldfish. This movement has a beneficial effect upon the human body. This helps in relaxing nerves and muscles as well as relieving tension in the back, neck and shoulders.
